If you choose to work with HG2utoring, be it as a freelance tutor or client, we may then also require:

· Name, age (of student), educational/occupational background and data.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

· Enquiring about our services

· Enquiring about offering services through our agency

We use the data that you have given us in order to share information about our services and facilitate access to tuition where appropriate. It allows us to provide customised educational support to meet your child's unique learning needs.

We may share this information with relevant tutors and our payment management software, where express permission is given.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is:

How we store your personal information:

Your information is securely stored on secure servers and is safeguarded, using both technical and organisational measures.

Your data will be only kept on our secure servers for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes of this policy or until you request that the data be deleted.

If a client or tutor decides to discontinue working with HG2utoring at any time, their data will be deleted after no longer than 90 days.

Even if data is deleted, it may exist on archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.
